Drivers submit to FMCSA drug test regulations are required to have their drug and alcohol history reviewed at least once per year. Johnson DOT Services will be running these queries in December for all companies with an active DOT Drug Program enrollment that have appointed us to manage their FMCSA Clearinghouse website account. Like DOT Drug Program Enrollment, owner operators are required to appoint a C/TPA to manage their FMCSA Clearinghouse.
