What Is the FMCSA Clearinghouse?
If your company employs CDL drivers, you’re required to:
● Register with the FMCSA Clearinghouse
● Conduct a full query before hiring any driver (after 01/06/2020)
● Run a limited query at least once per year for every current CDL driver
● Report any refusals to test or drug/alcohol violations
● Maintain driver consent for queries on file
