If one of your drivers has been in an accident see the below chart to see if, and when they should have post accident drug and alcohol testing.

Additional forms to document the accident should be completed. Existing Johnson DOT Services Driver Qualification Program customers should contact us immediately for copies of these forms if they do not have copies on file. This documentation is required per Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration requirements.
